The Replacements is a Disney animated series that first aired from July 28, 2006 to March 30, 2009, with 2 seasons and 52 episodes.

Plot[edit | edit source]

The premise of the series is about two siblings named Todd and Riley, who grew up in a orphanage. One evening while cleaning up, they discovered a Fleemco comic book and the back containing an ad for the Fleemco phone. After sending away $1.98 for the phone, they discovered that the phone can allow them to replace any person or animal they desire by calling the boss himself, Conard Fleem. This resulted in the kids getting new parents, which consist of a British secret agent named Agent Jane K and a professional daredevil named Dick Daring. Throughout the series, Todd and Riley would replace someone they didn't like or unfair with someone better, which sometimes backfiring and both learning a lesson about appreciating what they already have.

However, at the start of Season 2, the series focus more on Todd and Riley characters and less on the replacements. In the series finale, It was revealed that Todd and Riley are actually Conard's niece and nephew and he created the Replacement Program to help them.
